Thank you for visiting Uptown Yoga located in the heart of Oakland’s fabulous Uptown District. Our studio is right around the corner from the 19th Street BART station and there is ample parking in the immediate neighborhood.

Uptown Yoga offers a wide range of yoga styles to fit the needs of our guests, and our schedule is varied to meet the demands for today’s busy lifestyle.
